BGSE Central System 400Hz Gate Boxes provide distributed power at aircraft required levels and compensate for reactive voltage losses on long runs of three phase, 400 Hz cables feeding to the aircraft parking area.
Providing real-time status monitoring — including output voltage/current, operation and alarm status — our Central Ground Power Units further feature compensation capacitor overload protection and an aircraft safety interlock circuit.
